The number of wallets holding 1-100 BTC is on the decline, Cointelegraph reports, citing data from BitInfoCharts. The data shows the percentage change in BTC-holding wallets between October 1, 2023 (local time) and September 23, 2024. According to the data, wallets holding less than 0.0001 BTC increased by about 76% during the period, while wallets holding 1-10 BTC decreased by 0.35% and wallets holding 10-100 BTC decreased by more than 3%. “While the increase in the number of wallets holding less than 0.0001 BTC could indicate an influx of new investors, the decline in the range classified as middle class could be characterized as an eroding bottom,” the media explained.
