Solana-based token issuance platform Pump.fun is facing a class action lawsuit from investors, according to BeInCrypto. Burwick Law, the law firm in charge of the lawsuit, pointed out that “Pump.com has collected hundreds of millions of dollars in fees over the past few months for posting anti-social content such as racism, illegal drug use, and violence. It has also allowed more than 60% of its traders to lose money.” Burwick Road is currently recruiting victims.
