US CME Preparing to Launch Bitcoin Spot Trading Service

“The Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME), the world's largest futures exchange, is preparing to launch a bitcoin spot trading service,” the Financial Times reported, citing multiple sources, according to Blockbit. “CME has been in discussions with trading organizations that want to trade cryptocurrencies in a regulated market,” the media outlet reported. While nothing has been finalized, the service is expected to attract big Wall Street investors to the market. CME declined to comment on the matter.”
